How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account from the Nutrition Tracking App, please follow the steps below. This process will permanently remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

          the bottom navigation or menu)

          "Delete Account" button

        Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision when
          prompted

        Your account deletion will be scheduled and processed within 30
          days
      

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important data before proceeding with account deletion.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

Within 30 days of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

Nutritional Data: All logged meals, food entries, and nutrition tracking history
Photos: All food photos and images uploaded to your account
Health Data: Exercise logs and health metrics synced from HealthKit
Chat History: All conversations with our AI nutrition assistant
Preferences: App settings, dietary preferences, and customizations

📊 Data That May Be Retained

For legal, security, and operational purposes, we may retain certain data for additional periods:

Transaction Records: Purchase history and billing information (retained for 7 years for accounting purposes)
Aggregated Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify individual users
