How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your Eatmoji account and all associated data using either of the following methods. We will process your request within 30 days.

📧 Method 1: Email Request (No App Required)

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion via email:

1 Send an email to support@weiwentech.app from the email address associated with your Eatmoji account
2 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3 We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days

📱 Method 2: In-App Deletion

If you still have the Eatmoji app installed, you can delete your account directly:

1 Open the Eatmoji App on your device
2 Navigate to your Profile section (usually found in the bottom navigation or menu)
3 Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" button
4 Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision when prompted

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important data before proceeding with account deletion.
